Ptp 20" and stretches up to 22.5" Length 24" Black top with silver beads throughout, that create a metallic shimmer effect when the fabric moves. Slightly ballooned sleeves, and a crew neckline. Like new condition, still has part of the tag attached. Tagged XL but fits more M/L. Made in Canada.
