Marine scene tulip dress

I fell in love with this dress in a boutique consignment store and wanted to wear it for a graduation but the in person event was canceled because of COVID. It no longer fits and I'm excited for it to have a new life. it's a tulip style dress so the skirt has some nice structure and shape to it. The material is thick and the pattern is so ethereal. I love the contrast of the whimsical pattern with the structure of the dress! The back is interesting, and the zipper is bold, meant to be seen and sturdy! I never had a hard time with it, unlike other dresses. This dress needs to be the center of attention- it's definitely a party girl at heart!
