Mario Serrani lightweight, elastic waist with tie summer dress

This white and navy versatile summer dress is made of lightweight polyester. Wear it as a casual piece or at the office. This is in excellent used condition. It is machine washable, and wrinkle resistant. The dress has buttons running down the front ending at an elasticized drawstring waist. It has two small button pockets on the front and is pleated in the back for a comfortable fit. The fabric doesn’t have any stretch so measurements are key. Fabric has a nice crispness to it and will be a pleasure to wear. Shoulders are 3 1/2 inches and pit to pit is 20 inches. The length of the dress from the back collar down to the bottom line is 37 1/2 inches. The waist is. 31 inches.( without using the elastic.) all measurements are approximate.
