@kireido hi! I added 2 pics for you. At top it’s approx 16.5 to 17 inches. At bust it’s a bit more, 17-17.5. You’ll notice the front of garment is larger than back so I’m not measuring seam to seam but really true flat measurement. Hip is approximate also as it will depend where exactly it falls on you.
