Avengers Annual #10 featuring the first appearance of Rogue & Madelyne Pryor Marvel! I have owned this book since the 1990s. Book is in its original state, raw, and has never been altered or touched up. The pages do show aging as shown in one of my pictures. The spine does have a few minor nicks/imperfections that go with being read. I'm not great at grading so I will not hazard that. I will say that this book has been read and then I have kept it bagged and boarded since I got it. Pre-owned but carefully used. There may be some minor marks or rubs. See photos.
