This is a fantastic vintage cooking book. So many inspiring recipes to try and ponder. It is complete but does have tape on the spine and inside the front cover. Some page splitting but overall good condition for the age. It’s 1500+ pages. Measures about 11 3/8” x 9” and 3 1/2” high thick. Tons of useful info and some really wacky and fun mid century classics. There’s a whole section dedicated to weird gelatin recipes, for example.
