This is a blue and green dress that could have come from the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, the 90s or today ~ it's just that versatile, and cute. The material is 100% cotton, and I suspect it's raw organic cotton. As a result, the material has little flecks of uneven color. I have photographed two of them here. It's just the nature of the material and there is nothing I can do about it.
