Matching 2pc set, top and skirt

Vintage, 1991. Almost one of a kind, by now. Wedgewood blue with black velvet patterns on front of top/skirt. Not Lined. Top - buttons up back, can be left open for a pretty backed bra. Top can be worn with black skirt/pants and same with skirt or even white/navy/silver/gray etc. Skirt has zipper at back. 51%Rayon, 49% Acetate. Easy to Iron. Fabric has a slight shimmery effect like satin. Skirt measures from waistline to hem 17". The color is closest to the last photo.
