Matching Top and Skirt set

One of a kind top and skirt set by local Vancouver Atelier, Jillian Isabel. This was the only one made in this fabric, it's never been worn (I love it, but don't have any opportunity to wear it). The top is a tie around top, skirt has a stretchy band, but is nicely tight fitting around the waist. Materials are all sustainable, ethical material.
