@gonegirlcloset sorry I didn't know there was another way to check messages. so I'm just seeing this. There are 4 in the pack. brand-new really comfortable maternity underwear. great if you have or had a C-section. It would sit just below the incision and wouldn't put pressure on the wound. I wore them all throughout pre and post pregnancy
