Elastic waist with a slit all the way up. This gorgeous cover up is made in Italy by Matinee. Giraffes and flowers cover the entire skirt in a subtle yet fun vacation everyday energy. I love this however could wear it as a tube dress, making this slit scandalous. Someone leggy could benefit from this beauty. Very rare truly from Italy. If this doesn't sell in one year I can hem it or something.
