The exterior is polyester (feels cottony, but is more durable) with vegan leather accents and adjustable shoulder straps, a small front slit pocket, and a top zipper closure. One zipper pocket in the interior of the backpack. Very clean backpack has barely been used, however in storage I got a small tear in the bottom left of the vegan leather (shown in the photos).
