rachelleb05 @thenettnayway hi I am so very sorry for the lateness of my reply. Yes it is a rip where the strap meets the back of the purse. I haven’t tried to fix it, but expect you could prevent it from ripping further by re-sewing that part. If you wanted to go the extra mile to restore the vegan leather, you could re-finish that section with a leather repair kit (as I am doing now with an old pleather jacket ☺️)
