Beautiful feathered skirt with beaded trim from Designer Matthew Williamson. Tapered waist with embroidered silver feather threading and fringe beaded accents. I added the fringe myself. AllT tags were removed but it is a UK 8 which is a size Small. Flat Measurements: Waist: 14 inches Length: 17 inches Please note that this skirt is a vintage piece with a history.
