kyraleigh3 @littleraspberry I mean with a measuring tape if possible please some size 25 pants are 13” across the front some are 12” etc.

littleraspberry @kyraleigh3 In this case, when I measure across it's 12.5", but when I measure the circumference, it's 26". When I wear them they feel like a 25". I added a few pictures on model. Hope that helps!
