Max C London brand dress, upper black background with colorful mint, coral, tan, white butterfly pattern. Sheer feeling material with black built in lining to front and back of dress. Sleeves are sheer with gold button accent, and small key hole design. Zipper back. Fully functional and not noticeable. Double black skirts gives the illusion of a belt then 2 skits. This dress is all one piece. Nothing complicated here! Base a pencil skirt with lightweight pleated mini skirt on top. Black lining continues from top to bottom, front and back.
