Max Neiger Bead Necklace, Art Deco Necklace

Neiger jewelry is characterized by beautiful Czech glass beads and lovely metal parts. This Stunning 1920s Max Neiger Art Deco Necklace has Green & White Uranium Stamped Beads as well as Green Czech glass beads which make this unmistakably Neiger. One of the early production line necklaces was a long egyptian style necklace with silk strung beads and a mummy-shaped pendant. After WW1 (1918) the brothers made Max designs exclusively and eventually also included lines like scent bottles with stamped filigree and stones. I suspect this necklace may have been restrung at some point as there is no clasp or knots between beads making its length shorter than others I have seen. However, it may have been produced exactly as shown now, measuring 22 inches long. Condition: Excellent for its age with some wear showing on white beads!
