Max Studio polka dot chiffon fit and flare BNWOT

Elegant polka dot dress with long sleeves, shirred gathers at the waist and wrists, vee neck and charming ties for a bow in front or back. Unlined and a bit sheer -- the model in the first 3 pictures appears to be wearing a slip underneath. This dress has never been worn, and is in like-new condition, except for 2 issues. The tag has been defaced, and there is a small tear at the back neck which I have emphasized in one of the pictures. This could easily be repaired with a couple of stitches. Apart from these two flaws, the dress is pristine and perfect. Labelled small and fits as expected. Please see the approximate measurements in the photos. Even though this is not a vintage piece, it has a certain mid-century air, and would pair beautifully with spectator sandals and a broad-brimmed hat. Think Grace Kelly in Monte Carlo, sipping a Brandy Alexander and looking out over the rocky promontory to the sea.
