Max Studio pull on Pencil Skirt

Elastic waist and body of the skirt has stretch. Material tag attached. Picture makes it look like there’s bunching but there isn’t. Just when hanging on a hanger it looks like this. 9/10 for wear. No signs at all Waist 15”. Length 20”
