Max Studio smocked black polka dot high-waist midi skirt

This polka dot mesh midi skirt from Max Studio is your wear-anywhere skirt! It's lined in soft jersey and features an ultra-high waist that is very flattering. Depending on what it's worn with, it transitions very well from day to night. Tagged a size small but there is a lot of flexibility due to the super-stretchy smocked waist. The smocking is 5.5" deep, so you see what I mean by high-waisted! Approximate measurements (flat, not doubled) Waist 14"-20" Hip free to 25" Length 35" This skirt is in excellent preowned condition! The only sign of wear is some very minor pilling to the inner lining (but this would not be visible when worn).
