Maxi black dress: smocked bodice w/multicoloured geometric & flowery embroidery

Black comfy, ample and long dress. It features an exquisite multicoloured embroidered smocked bodice with floral and geometric patterns (royal blue, burgundy red, yellow, burnt orange, green & Victorian pink) which creates a striking contrast and a rich textured look. Hues vary with light & saturation has been increased on some pictures to better show the work. Dress is black, it is not dark blue and colours are not as bright as the ones on some pictures (notably, the ones where the live model states to have a tan or a sunburn!!!). The long sleeves & full-length skirt offer a classic silhouette, while the delicate embroidery detailing along the cuffs (burnt orange) & hemline (burgundy) provides a refined finish. Buttons down at the front (pass the waist) with mat maroon buttons. Two side pockets. Very ample skirt. 100 percent cotton. Dry clean recommended. No label as to care & fabric. Measurements in inches when flat & approximate: listed as xxl but could be xl as well if you please look below to make sure it fits you: length:49.5 Pit2pit:22 Shoulders: 17 The waist (located higher than average) is 20 Condition is excellent: one embroidery peak at the hem needs to be secured on the black cotton (see relevant close up).
