Maxi cotton skirt by Theory

This is an elegant skirt with some unique features. There are long, wide flat pleats, sewn into the skirt with a gentle flounce. It has a very fine raw hem along and this with same raw detailing is at the top of the flounce and at the waist. There is a zipper at the back which is hidden by a tie. Waist: 17” Length: 41”
