Maxi cotton skirt by Theory

This is a long, elegant skirt with some unique features. There are flat pleats sewn in with a gentle flounce at the bottom. It has a very fine raw hem with this same raw detailing at the top of the flounce and waist. There is a zipper at the back which is hidden by a tie. Waist: 17” Length: 41”
