@canadiantiger13 hi there, it does fit like a medium but the material has some stretch to it so it's very flattering and not constricting. It's nice and flowy, not tight all the way down so it hangs really nice. There's also a tie (shown in pic s) that will cinch it in. It's an empire waist so it's not weirdly clingy. It's also full length...it goes down to lower than my mid calf, almost to my ankle, and I'm 5'8 and a half. But it's not so long that you're tripping on it.
