Maxi dress with back details

Maxi dress from urban outfitters with tulip style hem and slit along the leg. Elastic waist band and cool detailing on the back. Not clear in the picture the but colour is a deep blueish/black with specs of white/grey with black straps and hem at the waist. Size medium. Very flattering fit.
