Maxx New York red and black shoulder bag

Bag has one top zipper and the black circle toggle folds over it. The sides of the bag has X details. The interior is like new and is lined with a floral fabric. One side of the interior has a zippered pocket and an open pocket. The other side of the interior has two open pockets with velcro closures. There are two black loops inside which I think could be for pens or something similar. See last picture re mark on outside. Approximate L=10.5 inches, H=7 inches & W=4 inches
