This blouse and dress hybrid from McQ Alexander McQueen’s 2014 Pre-Spring and Summer collection is made with an ivory crepe chiffon, and is trimmed in contrast black. It features long sleeves, buttoned cuffs, a collared neckline, front button closures, faux buttoned pocket flaps on the right shoulder and sleeve, and a longer-length bodice.
