Excellent, pre-loved condition. This navy/royal blue heavy cotton knit dress is very original and elicits lots of comments. It features colourful Cotton patch appliqués at the front. The back is plain. The design is a-line or trapeze. The hemline is shaped. This dress looks terrific with knee-high boots and with over the knee boots. Comfortable and easy to wear when you don’t feel like being body con. Measurements taken flat: Armpit to armpit 20 inches Sleeve 21 inches (meant to be pushed up).
