Medium sized vase for dry arrangements

This vase was actually my mum’s. She bought it at CB2 a while ago. I love it and tried to make it work at my house but it’s too wide for the counter space I have available for it. It has a diameter of 8” and is roughly 9.5” tall. It has always been used for dry flower arrangements and seasonal twigs so I am not sure how it would do holding water. I imagine it would be too difficult to keep clean inside. The “white ceramic” section at the bottom has a few marks and scuffs (watch video) accounted for in price. This post is for the vase only, the decorative twigs are already gone.
