Meemoza tunic with fluttering sleeves and white flowers

Selling this tunic made in Canada from Meemoza. This is marked as a size large but it does fit really small. I never wore this garment so it’s new but lived in my closet for years. Pit to pit 21” Waist 21” Length 34” Shoulders 17” Sleeves 17”
