windchild1 Don't know...I sent message to support...last time took about two weeks then they credit my account...but if they say no, then its okay....chance we take on fragile items. If they do credit my account and you find a like and kind, will definitely try again. Do you just drop at a pack and ship place? There was a bubbled envelope on bottom and top; no other bubble wrap...it didn't have a chance I guess....was so sad last night..
