@sugarspyce hey there! That's a good question! The only way a seller can pay for shipping and still receive the shipping label from Poshmark is to reduce the listing price by $5.99. You are also paying the commission to Poshmark, so paying for shipping on top of that can really cut into your profit. Just depends on how much you're willing to compromise.

Hi Jessica. I just purchased your Lululemon black tote bag for $78.00. Unfortunately, my 2 year old had my phone and managed to push all the right buttons to order this bag! Ugh. Of course I love the bag, but didn't plan to buy it. What is your policy in this situation? I feel awful about this accident. Let me know what we can do.
