byzsazsa Hi ! I just got a note from post office on my door … Postage due …$28.50… from E. Floyd So this is odd !! The orange Aeropostale hoodie I purchased….payment should have gone thru the posh system. What a mystery. I’m leaving town tomorrow night (Sunday) for 2 weeks so I guess post office will return to sender (you)… and we can sort this out later. Please let me know what you discover ! Thanks Emma— CarolAnn

redheadndproud @byzsazsa I found an answer actually! I went to contact support and found this FAQ- “Why is USPS asking for additional postage to deliver? If you are being asked to pay additional postage, it is likely that the package is overweight or the wrong box was used for shipping.” (Pt1 of 2)

redheadndproud @byzsazsa If you receive a package with additional postage due upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package. It will be delivered back to the seller and we can issue them a new label so that they can repackage and reship the item to you.” Weird, I packed it in the same packaging as everything else I’ve shipped out and it didn’t weigh any more than a bundle I recently shipped out successfully. Just refuse it and I’ll send it back to you with different packaging I suppose.
