kit_kidm @macarey why Thank you! I've been working really hard to make it look nice😊 My lighting is actually two South facing windows casting indirect light across my bed. I've tried other areas in my house, but the best photos are coming straight from my bedroom, lol. 😉

kit_kidm @macarey As for clothing sizes, here are some stats: I'm 5'9 and 120(ish)lb before pregnancy. I love fitted and loose clothing and it's common for me to have anything from Size XS-XL --it just depends on the piece! **I don't have any bottoms larger than a size 4**

kit_kidm @julieholiday My motivation for Posh is to embrace a more minimal lifestyle and pay off debt. I love fashion so I'll never stop shopping, but this platform offers some great prices I can use my credits toward and rotate my closet as I don't use items.

kit_kidm @julieholiday That being said! I do struggle with pricing and knowing when to negotiate and when to hold out. I get far more offers than sales. But I have found lately that it is worth the wait when you know an item is worth your asking price.

kit_kidm @julieholiday I'm not sure yet how I feel in terms of Poshmark being a lucrative hobby. The user interface is limiting (to say the least) in some aspects for the seller AND buyer. If time is money, I don't know that doing this solely is enough. I just say this to point out that I've decided my storage space and the items occupying it is not so much of an inconvenience that I am willing to draw out my patience for sales.

kit_kidm @julieholiday Things that I think have helped me: I just re-designed my closet and cover shots to give a more minimal feel and grouped my items together. I try to share and follow a lot. I use my desktop for faster sharing of my own items. I will "edit" and "list" items every other day or so:This pops your item to the top when people search that specific items.

kit_kidm @julieholiday Also, I have seen some Poshers suggest fewer items in your closet at a time for viewer ease, but I get a lot more attention the more I upload. For me it's more, "How long to I want to spend 'sharing' all of this ever day!?" Lol The variety of brands helps too because that brings in a lot of different people who might not have seen other things in your closet if that hadn't showed up for the one they searched for.
