khendricks59 @jenjenw1014 yes it happens when I contacted support the asked if I used a label fro previous sale or mixed up 2,sales. So the seemed to have some idea what happened. I answered them that I had downloaded a label from a previous sale and I still have not heard back vI don’t even know how this is possible because the labels time out. I’m so mad right now cause I have no idea what to do. The still have not got back since yesterday morning.
