thejazzybird @gigi11155 You are welcome! And right back at ya for all the shares you did for me! 😊 I order poly mailers from Amazon. You can buy a variety of sizes and patterns. They are plastic, and seal shut so they are great at protecting clothing from water! The post office offers mailing bags that seal shut as well. Those are free. They are pretty tear resistant. They seem to be made out of a combination of plastic and paper 🤔 Those can be ordered at their website too.

512maryn Hi, this is the posher you purchased the Adorbs Biden dress from. I would like to first tell you that you will love the dress. The material is great and it’s so cute on. But, I am actually being admitted to the hospital. I am hoping that I can go home in the next couple of days, but hard to tell. If you want to cancel, I understand, ir feel free to think about it. I am so sorry! I don’t live with anyone who could pack and mail for me.

I am not in a huge hurry to receive it tho, so if you want to wait till you return to ship, I am ok with that. You can review the details of the sale by following these steps: 1) Click on the 'My Sales' tab. 2) Click on the item you just sold. 3) Find the 'Pricing & Earnings Info' section and click on the words 'Show More'. A breakdown of the pricing will be listed. It will show how much you sold the item for and your shipping discount if you provided one. If the details look correct, you may print your label, attach it to your package, and ship! Does this help?

thejazzybird @peggyluwet If you provided shipping at $4.99, your shipping discount will show as -$2.12 in the 'Pricing & Earning Info' tab that I mentioned above. That is how you will know that your buyer received their discount.

thejazzybird @peggyluwet If you mailed it all ready: You can no longer reduce the price. You should let your buyer know what happened. When the buyer receives it, he/she can either keep it or ask Poshmark for a refund by sending it back to you. If you have not mailed it: Let your buyer know what happened. If they do not want the broken bag, you can cancel the order and a refund will be issued to them.

thejazzybird @peggyluwet I’m glad you and the buyer found a solution. Since a ‘Sold’ listing cannot be edited, you will have to make a brand new listing for the bags. You can set the price of that listing to whatever you and the buyer agree to. After that listing is created, you can let her know that the bag is ready for re-purchase.

thejazzybird @peggyluwet The extra weight shipping fees are additional to the standard shipping costs. The extra cost is in addition to the shipping all ready paid for by the buyer. Sellers are responsible for paying the additional cost. So the full amount of $11.29 will be deducted from your earnings. In reality, the total cost for shipping your item at this point is a little over $18: The buyer is paying about $7 for that and you are paying about $11. I hope I explained that well enough!

courtycourts Hi, I’m totally new and I’m trying to work out the best way to communicate to you about a purchase you made from me. The shoes have absolutely been posted. They were posted along with other items that have either been delivered or will be delivered today. I have put an inquiry through to Poshmark but I will find out myself today with USPS. I know you cancelled, but I will let you know what is happening when I know. My sincere apologies for this delay.

thejazzybird @courtycourts Hi! That is strange, because I never received an email confirming shipment nor did I receive a tracking number from Poshmark, which is what should have happened. I just got back from checking my PO box and nothing was delivered. I’ll let you know if they happen to show up. Hopefully Poshmark and/or USPS gets back to you soon.
