modestposher @ehennessy905 it’s really easy! Make a listing for each of the categories you have ie tops, pants, dresses....Then share all of the items in that category and then share the category title listing. For example, you share all of the tops you have your closet, then share the the listing that says “tops” and you continue doing that for all the different categories. I hope that wasn’t confusing 😂 if you need more detail I can probably find a YouTube video for you

modestposher @ehennessy905 price drops don’t rearrange. It only changes if you share. every time you share a listing, it moves that listing to the top of your closet. So if you have it in a specific order you have to go through all of the listings. But if it’s something you want to keep on the top you share it last.

modestposher @ehennessy905 for that I first thought of the theme I wanted. I liked gold and sparkles! You can choose any theme like if there is a specific color you want or you can choose flowers or literally anything you want. Then I went to google images and searched for “gold background” and a million pictures came up and I chose the one I liked the most and you can just screenshot them or download whichever one you want.

modestposher @ehennessy905 Then I used an app called “baby story” it’s an app that lets you edit photos and add text. (I actually downloaded the app for editing pics of my babies because that’s what it’s meant for but I already was familiar with how it worked and didn’t feel like searching for a new photo editing app) 😂

modestposher @ehennessy905 and finally I just edited the background on the app and added the text and just saved the photos. You can do all of that to make it original or you can probably also find some that are already made but you might need permission to use those. It’s up

ivynelizabeth Thanks again for explaining this to me! I’m familiar with baby story as well. I do know what i want my theme or ‘branding’ to be but not creative enough to finalize details but my closet name has my last name in it bc i knew nothing when i started this and I’ve already had one troll on my posts. The reason I’m selling is to pass on my daughter (Ivy) and my gently used clothing to make room for more.l

modestposher I can help you with anything you need! If you want a professional, I know on the Fiverr app there are people that you can actually pay like $5-$10 to make the graphics and signs in your closet. It's good that you have an idea of a theme though! it sounds pretty. I can't believe you've had a troll! I always make sure to never put my name in public places like poshmark but I know a lot of people do and I wonder if they have had issues too. I hope they leave you alone!

modestposher And I started selling for the same reason! a couple of weeks ago I just felt like I needed to get rid of my stuff! I remember I started a poshmark closet in 2013 but never used it and I started seeing youtube videos about how people actually do pretty well selling things so I was inspired. It has been really fun so far. I went thrifting once just to get a bunch of different brands and see what people like. Once my real closet is cleared out I plan on doing more shopping for my poshmark closet.
