Meet The Posher

In my 30's I was introduced to a New Age form of behaviors that allowed me to gain personal strength. Those behaviors included crystals, meditation, Journaling and Any book I could get my hands on to expand my knowledge of the New Age thought processes. Those included chakras, auras, sound frequencies (like Solfeggio), singing bowls and yoga became a part of my lifestyle. I noticed quickly that my intentions of living a calmer, peaceful enlightened life were becoming a reality. I became happier, stronger in my sense of Self and Acceptance of Myself. Now my practices have become part of my daily life and I enjoy sharing all the knowledge I acquired during my beginning stages, those practices are easy to incorporate, using inexpensive tools and strictly using my intuition as the guiding light to my existence. I appreciate the beauty and energy exchange of crystals and keeping them in the rooms of my home have had an impact not only on me but everyone who experiences them. Thank you for your time appreciating all that I have acquired over the years and even if you don't follow my New Age thought processes you will appreciate the beauty and simplicity of these Earth Created Beauties.
