flirtwlpdx @skullee OK so what they are talking about is when you reduce the price by at least 10% from the original price that you listed it for sale at. It will usually give the buyer a reduced shipping fee of $3.99 or less based on how much you reduced to price. So basically they are asking you to lower the price on that specific item. So in turn it is not only cheaper but they get a reduced shipping fee. I hope that makes sense :)
