Hi everyone! My name is Casie and I recently started selling after years of inactivity. I just graduated from Washington College and am in grad school at ASU online. I'm studying ABA which means I love working with individuals with autism! Poshmark is my fourth job; I realized after college that 40k in student loans isn't going to pay itself off! casiescloset412 @wojoco Hi there, thanks for the compliment! I edit my photos with the PicTapGo app and I strongly recommend it. The "lights on" filter is great. I do have a light kit, it's the Limo Studio LMS103 for my hanging photos. A lot of my flat lays were actually done with natural lighting and then the app for editing!

casiescloset412 @jsweetthings Hey Janine, you list items through the “Sell” tab on the app. Then, during the party tomorrow, you want to click “My Closet” and when you’re looking at your listings, in the bottom right hand corner of it is a square box with arrows (kinda like a recycle sign but in the shape of a square). Click that and then you can have the option to share to the party! Good luck!!

casiescloset412 @jsweetthings also, for the heels you have listed, I would recommend putting as much detail as possible into your title. You could write “Red date night valentine heels” or something like that to make it more appealing to buyers. You also want to share you listings as much as possible to your followers to increase the chance it is seen in the search engines (I Try to share three times a day). 😊

afayall17 Hello there. I received the package today and am sad to say I received the wrong item. I ordered a brown signature coach wallet and instead received a brown fleece sweater of some sort. How do we resolve this? I'm extremely disappointed. .

casiescloset412 @afayall17 You are so understanding I seriously appreciate it! I feel horrible!! And yes, the buyer reached out to me too. I told her to open a case, what poshmark is going to do is send you both the correct labels to send the packages to the right address. It's just a matter of waiting for them to review the case (which should happen today). (This is from my experience on the other end of things when I received the wrong package :( )

I feel the exact same. Although the mix up was a slight delay I am still very satisfied with my experience and would give you a perfect review.
