thelccloset @monisharekhraj Hey Monica - I’m really sorry to hear this was your experience. I would be frustrated as well. This was about 4 years ago but I looked it up and Poshmark messaged me they approved your refund request July 2, 2019. And then again July 10 saying you never shipped back the order so the refund was cancelled. Unfortunately I can’t do anything unless it goes thru Poshmark first.
