graceware @soli_deo_gloria hi Amy- sorry to just be seeing this now! the only way to combine is to cancel the orders and start over and put them in a bundle. are these currently just liked items? or individually bought items?

soli_deo_gloria @graceware Thank you for getting back to me. The customer bought some items and several hours later bought some more before I shipped them. I have since sent the package with the customer’s permission, but this information is still helpful. How does one cancel an order, and how long does it take?

graceware @soli_deo_gloria you cancel it right from the purchase page and then it needs to be relisted and both items put in a bundle and purchased together.
