anikas_closet @bsteele5 they usually take about two days to respond (even though it says they’ll respond in 24 hrs). I’ve also written to them from my end to figure out the best way to send it back to you. Hopefully they write back to one of us soon.

anikas_closet @bsteele5 I’ve followed their directions to making a claim that the wrong item was sent to me. Hopefully they should send me a new label to ship it back to you and send you a new label for the correct item.
