duchessposh @blueconsignment I’m still building my closet from the ground up, so I’m not a good test case for your suggestions. I do find it helpful to have a strategy other than “wait and see”, though! I am trying to incorporate one or two of your ideas every week and it seems that I am at least a bit more active for doing so!

blueconsignment @25champ Yes, if you click into the image and then click on an object you’ll see a bunch of options pop up at the bottom. One of them is “Cutout” which you can use to remove any objects you don’t want in the pic.

Sometimes this happens if USPS didn’t scan correctly or if the label got messed up. Keep an eye out for it in your mailbox, tracking might not update until it’s delivered.

blueconsignment @theshopsquad Hi Carla! Aww, thanks! Congrats on hosting your first live posh show. That’s so exciting 😊. You don’t need two devices, I run everything through my phone. However, having a second device (ipad for me) does come in handy once in a while if I need to add something to the show. Most of the time I don’t use it though.

blueconsignment @theshopsquad Best advice I can give is to have good lighting to show off your pieces at their best and to acknowledge the people in your chat as much as you can. It takes some practice but Im sure you’ll get the hang of it super quick. Having a good rack to hang things on also helps to run items and to stay organized. I have numbers on every tag and keep my measuring tape on the rack. I wish you the best of luck on your show!

blueconsignment @hiddenpearls24 Hi! Sorry for the slow reply! I source from thrift stores in my area. For my shows I use 2 box lights and a ring light. To bundle across shows you’ll need to create a new listing. I like to include a screenshot of the orders from my sales page as the picture in the new listing. Once your buyer purchases the new listing you cancel the original show orders. Hope that helps!

I can’t figure out how to list items without a photo or price requirement) … I know I can quick list during show with the skeleton requirements but haven’t figured this out for regular prep work!!! I do the measurements live right before running the auction so those that are in interested in the item can come in the room when the auction is up and will get the measurements to know if it fits well 😊. If you’re not available for the auction then knowing the measurements beforehand wouldn’t be super helpful anyways. Thanks for watching my shows!

I always have difficulty finding the custom bundling request. Will yours be tonight and will it be in the regular feed or in your closet? Different sellers handle different ways.

All of the custom bundles will also be at the top of my closet when I create them so you can also search my closet for your username to find it. I’m working on them now so give me about an hour here and it’ll be ready ❤️

eagletavern I canceled my Live Five membership back in August because I was being double billed. Now instead of 2 charges there is one. I just tried to cancel again & was not able to. I love your shows ,but hate this billing problem. Please tell me a way to call this awful Patreon so I can see why they will not stop billing me.

blueconsignment @eagletavern Hi! I sent you an email regarding the billing issue. Good news is I was able to issue you refunds for all of the double charges in July & Aug and refunded Sept as well. It can take up to 5-7 business days to process. Bad news is some action is still needed on your part to cancel the still active membership. Please check out the email I sent for instructions. Then you’ll be all set. So sorry about the trouble!
