graywildflower I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. I didn't notice pen marks or stains on the item. It was new so not something I looked for. I would have rather you open a case so I can refund your money than give a negative review. As a posh ambassador I am sure you understand where I am coming from. I try my best to make people happy. I would love to see a picture of the stains and pen marks.

lenanegron @graywildflower I am more than happy to share photos, and I'm honestly annoyed that I even hit accept when I picked up the package. As a PA I would never in ship something like this to someone, because there's no way it wasn't noticed when being folded. Not to mention the tag looks like it was either tucked in while being worn, or removed and reattached, so it's definitely not "new" as described.
