shoppaholic57 I am not about being deceitful at all and want to make this right w you. Please make a claim that the heel came off and I will absolutely approve a refund. I am so very sorry.

shoppaholic57 I want to promise you that I have never had the heel put on. I can only assume that if you saw glue, it was how they were originally constructed. I have not worn these shoes for a very long time. It could be that w the Fla heat the glue just pulled apart. I am sorry you jumped to the immediate conclusion that I was dishonest. That upsets me the most. I am really happy to refund you the money. I believe it has to go thru PM. I just want you to be happy and again, my sincere apologies.

mommakate @shoppaholic57 I apologize for jumping to conclusions. The ONLY thing that led me to believe that this has happened before with these shoes was that there was an adhesive strip applied down the middle of the right shoe that the sole came off of, and upon looking at the left there was an adhesive strip on it as well. I did not mean to upset you. It just happened right before I left the house and I was so frustrated. Again...apologies for jumping to conclusions on my end.
