Hi, my name is Heidi. I live in Phoenix and joined PM a few years back to try something different with my unused (grown out) but loved clothes. I live a pretty busy life style working a FT job, going to school and whatever spare time I have is spent working/improving my home inside and out. I apologize if I'm slow getting things out but I'm hoping to improve that. Have many more items still to add but I need to go through what I have here and in boxes due to a theft. Cont'd work in progress!

On a side note - I love AZ! It holds a special place in my heart. My grandparents and then my dad all lived there. They are all entombed in Sierra Vista. Anyway, love it out there! Thanks again!!

@suzalbertson Thanks! AZ is great and unique in that we have so many different climates within the state. I can drive a few hours to Flagstaff if I want to see snow or 3 hours to Rocky Point in Mexico where its very tropical. One of my coworks moved up here to the valley from Sierra Vista!

@zen75 My brother and I were out there numerous times during 2011 and again in 2012. My dad passed away and we had to sell his house & take care of his other affairs. Anyway, apparently on one of our trips, it was the "monsoon" season! I was amazed at the rainfall/flooding in the desert! Lol!

@suzalbertson Sorry you had to go through that with your dad. I had to do the same when my mom passed in 2013. It's a lot of work. Cool though that you got to see the rainfall we can get. Some years we get more than others. Here in the valley they've planned it out pretty well with reservoirs and such for those times learning from the past so we don't get too many flood issues anymore.

@suzalbertson This time of year I really like it too because if north is getting snow we usually get rain or overcast which for me reminds me more of fall/winter time (I moved out here from NH). I've been here many years now but still love it!
