Hi! I’m trying to settle this matter with my undelivered package. Do you have any information for me? Tracking? Delivery confirmation?
I’ve notified PM that I had NOT received my order, even though I was notified “looks like you’ve received your order”.
I also sent an email to PM support.

@chisig68 Hi! No, I haven’t heard anything! I checked the tracking info just now and all it says is delivered on the 15th, “left in the garage or other location at address.”
I’m not sure what to do- were there any other shoes you wanted? I’d be happy to send them!

@chisig68 Posh support wasn’t able to tell me much, but did ask that you contact them directly about the issue. Just choose to the purchase and select to contact Poshmark support.

Hello again. I am so sorry that I have had to bother you with this. I surely didn’t intend to be a nuisance. I just spoke with my landlord, and he reported that he received the box, then went out of state and forget to inform me. Uggghhh!!! I’m so very happy that no one stole the package, but pretty annoyed that my landlord forgot to tell me. I’m sorry that you have had to invest any extra time or worry due to the confusion. My apologies.
