Hey y'all! I am a Southern mama who loves to shop! 2 kids & 2 fur kids keep me busy, but I ❤ sharing my closet with you. So take a look around! I sold on Facebook & eBay many moons ago, but I've decided to make the jump to Posh! I strive to ship items the same day they were purchased, however if it is past 3pm they will be dropped off at the PO the following morning. Selling the very things she says aren't ok, but I guess since she is only marking them up 50% from what she paid on Wish she thinks it's ok 🤦‍♀️ And claiming to not know what the LV Damier print is...ok. poshmark_paige @yakkityyakk YES! Certifiably insane! A lot of people are reporting her to Posh for harassment via email. She's going into people's closets and saying stuff. I just don't get how she can be committing fraud but getting off on accusing others who aren't?? Guilty conscience much?

natscoolcloset Hi I need some advice. Yesterday a customer gave me great ratings. Today I see she left me back to back comments how I sent the wrong size. Then she changed her rating since I did not reply as soon as she sent me the comment. Then continued to send back to back comments that I sent the wrong size. I checked and I did make that mistake. I apologized to her. She says how you want to handle this. She says I can send this back today and you can send me the corret size. I said thats fine.

natscoolcloset She then changed her rating after I replied to her. So I was going to send her a free pajama that she liked for my mistake. But honestly I am on the fence because I did not appreciate how she handled it. I appreciate any advice

yakkityyakk @natscoolcloset She would need to go to the purchase on her account and open a case. You can then respond that you will accept the return, poshmark will email her a return label. Once you receive the incorrect size back she will be refunded so she will have to purchase again unfortunately.

yakkityyakk @natscoolcloset Tell her not to ship outside of Poshmark because there is no way for you to refund her. She HAS to open a case and do it that way.

natscoolcloset @yakkityyakk She actually already sent back the item because she sent me the tracking number...I never received a message from poshmark. I actually emailed them on my end and they said they would get back to me.

yakkityyakk @natscoolcloset Definitely let them know she shipped on her own without going through Poshmark. Because if you just send her the correct size there will be no proof and she can claim you didn't.

darlascottage Beautiful closet! I jumped from (cough cough) an auction site too. The Final Value Fees bit me in the butt all the time...so demoralizing. I like that on a Poshmark, the amount I’ll make is very clear & no surprises. I looove the backdrop on your closet pics!!!
