muff_muff @scripturejewelr Hi, just to let you know that I mailed your anklet early this morning. For some reason it is not tracking it. That is odd because the two other packages that were mailed at the same time are tracking. What matters is that the Canada Post people took all my packages 😆

tianna24434 hi, so I've opened up a service call for the item with Canada post and I will be updated everyday on the status of the package. they said if they don't find it with a week then they move on to the next step, whatever that is. I'm very sorry about any inconvenience.

scripturejewelr @tianna24434 yes, I have shipped a couple of items in the past which wasn't scanned at the post office (I think they just forgot to scan it) and so they didn't start tracking, but along their journey they got scanned at another point and started tracking then, so hopefully that's what's happened here and it'll get scanned soon.

lfygrns I just lost one of the stones on my carpet from the set, it just fell out while packing your item. I don't know anything about jewelry so I have no idea if I can repair it or if it has to go to a jeweler. I'm so sorry, I didn't think I was being that rough with it. I feel terrible!

Looks like 2 of those little claw holders are bent, not much but I guess enough for the stone to rock out (I didn't even know that could happen). So either I caught it on something while packing or I don't know what happened. I feel bad.. :(
