mandapandaa_ @blairegoudy15 no no i didnt i bought from someone else who had lovenotes & was an ambassador i thought i could trust. First of all its a different color, the actual lip product seems darker, it also doesnt smell as vanilla as my old tube does.

blairegoudy15 @mandapandaa_ usually you can tell if it's fake from the quality of the product itself (there's only half a tube full) and the cheap packaging. Most fakes come with a fake authenticity paper in the box to make it look real. And if there's random slits on the box lid it is fake.

mandapandaa_ @blairegoudy15 yes this came with a paper inside . Ugh. The tube seems pretty full , but the different color and the lack of vanilla smell is really throwing me off . So i already accepted the package & left a review, i can still open a case? Also did you send the product back or something? Ive never done this before haha i feel bad lol ty for helping me

blairegoudy15 @mandapandaa_ yes you can! Go to "My purchases" and tap the "Problem with Order" button. Take photos, describe your situation and you may be able to get a one time refund without having to send it back to the seller. Hope this helps! Best of luck!!
